Benjamin Arm is Managing Partner, in charge of Buyout & Growth Capital activity. He started his career in 2001 working for Arthur Andersen, before moving to Ernst & Young as an experienced Senior in the Transaction Advisory Services department. He joined Omnes as an Associate in 2006. He was then Director until 2013. Benjamin Arm is a member of Omnes’ Executive Committee. Benjamin Arm has a degree in engineering from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics. He also holds a Master’s Entrepreneurs degree from HEC and a diploma in economics from Université Paris Sorbonne.

Ana Maria Harrison

Ana Maria is a Partner and member of the Investor Relations Team. She works closely with clients in the development and monitoring of their private equity programs.  Additionally, she is involved in the portfolio construction and monitoring of the various FoFs and separate accounts. Prior to Adams Street, Ana Maria worked at multi-family office Signia as Head of Private Equity. Other roles include Executive Director Private Equity at UBS Wealth Management and Director Alternative Investments at Citigroup Private Bank. Ana Maria is a native of Venezuela and has a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Olivier Dauman joined CFM Indosuez Wealth Management in 2011 as Head of Private Equity. He advises private clients and family offices on their Private Market allocation, including Private Equity, Private Debt, Private Equity Real Estate and Infrastructure assets. 

Before joining CFM Indosuez Wealth Management, he spent 5 years at Paris-based placement agent Global Private Equity. He raised capital for several Infrastructure and Private Equity funds and was in charge of Canadian and European investors.

Olivier Dauman holds a BA (Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University and an Msc. in Finance from Bordeaux Business School (Kedge).

Joaquín began his career in wealth management at UK’s firm Levy Gee (01-03), then worked for PwC advising PE funds (03-06). In 2008 he joined the European Investment Fund, where he has invested over EUR 1.4bn.

Currently, he is heading EIF secondary buy-side activities. At EIF, Joaquin has also managed and invested Neotec Capital Riesgo, a EUR 183m Spanish based fund-of-funds and co-investment fund, the Portugal Venture Capital Initiative, a EUR 111m Luxembourg based fund-of-funds to develop the Portuguese private equity market, and the Mezzanine Co-investment Fund, a EUR 100m direct co-investment program. Degree in Law (Nebrija; 97-01) and International MBA, IE Business School (06-07). 

Olivier Berment

Olivier has 21 years of private equity experience including 16 years with Ardian. He began his career in 1996 as an investment manager in a private company, specializing in recovery investments. Olivier was also involved in M&A transactions and advised companies with respect to their IPOs. In 1999, he joined Renaissance Investissements, an investment fund specializing in turnaround situations. He joined Ardian in early 2001 where he was in charge of turnaround activities and also completed some direct transactions. He joined the Private Debt team at its inception in 2005.

Benjamin Revillon is the Founder and Managing Partner of BEX Capital, the leading buyer of limited partnership interests in private equity funds-of-funds (“FoF secondaries”).  Benjamin has over 18 years of relevant industry experience, including more than 13 years in secondaries. Prior to founding BEX Capital in 2010, Benjamin was with AlpInvest in Amsterdam for five years where he played a key role in establishing its European secondary investment activities. Before being involved in secondaries, Benjamin worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in London and ABN AMRO Rothschild in Hong Kong.

Ralph is a Principal within the Private Equity Team at Unigestion and covers European Private Equity investments for their award winning investment programs. Ralph holds various advisory/observer board memberships in European Private Equity Fund and Direct Investments. He began his career at UBS Investment Banking and subsequently as Merger & Acquisition Advisor at Capital Concepts, focusing on advising clients in national and cross-border M&A transactions. Ralph holds a M.A. in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland and is a CFA charterholder.

Nenad Marovac has more than 25 years of venture capital and private equity investment experience in the technology and media sectors.

Nenad is the Founder and Managing Partner of DN Capital. Prior to DN Capital, Nenad was a Partner at Advent International in London, where he focused on TMT investments.

Nenad focuses on investments in marketplaces, software as a service (SAAS), fintech, consumer mobile applications and digital health companies. Amongst his select investments are Shazam Entertainment (sold to Apple), Auto1 (largest online marketplace for used cars), Apsmart (acquired by Thomson Reuters), Datanomic (acquired by Oracle), Endeca, (acquired by Oracle), Eve Sleep (IPO London), Happn, Hometogo, Hostmaker, Joblift, Mister Spex, Performance Horizon Group, Purplebricks (IPO London), Tbricks (acquired by Orc) and Quandoo (acquired by Recruit Holding). Nenad is also the Chairman of the Venture Capital Board of Invest Europe and an active member of YPO in London and Berlin.

Camille Bourke is a Partner in the Private Equity & Real Estate practice of Arendt & Medernach. Head of the London office of the firm, she specialises in the formation of alternative investment funds (AIFs) and also advises on private equity transactions. 
Camille worked at our Luxembourg and Brussels offices and founded the London office in 2007 where she is now the resident partner. Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Camille practiced in the New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
She has been a member of the New York Bar since 2001, the Paris Bar since 2004 and has been admitted by the Luxembourg Bar to practice in Luxembourg under her French professional title.
Camille Bourke holds a degree in business law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas as well as a Master's degree (LL.M.) from Harvard University.
Lorenzo Stanca

One of the founding partners of Mandarin Capital Partners, an Italian private equity firm that began operating at the end of 2007, Lorenzo Stanca boasts about 30 years of experience in high profile financial institutions.

He was previously Head of Operational Strategies at Sanpaolo Imi Group (now Intesa Sanpaolo). Prior to this, and up to May 2005, he spent many years at Unicredit Group, where he has been Head of Economic Research and subsequently Head of Fixed Income and Forex Markets at Unicredit Banca Mobiliare, the investment banking arm of UniCredit Group of which he was one of the founders. 

Lorenzo Stanca is author of various papers and co-author of books on various subjects in the field of economics and finance. He has been from 2001 to 2004 and from 2006 to 2010 chairman of the Italian Business Economists Association. He is a member of Scientific Committee of Osservatorio Asia, an Italian Think Tank on Asian affairs. 

He holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University, where is has also lectured in various courses over the years.

Seonaid Mackenzie has a career, spanning 35 years in the financial services with positions including being stockbroker for multiple American firms, fund manager, an operator of UK funds; fund raising for private companies and funds; and multiple advisory positions of financial service firms and SMEs. Twenty years operating experience under her hat. Seonaid founded Sturgeon Ventures as a "single family office" in 1998 investing in public and private companies knows as a Venture Catalyst regulated by the SFA. In 2000 Sturgeon took a new active business line and became the pioneer of Regulatory Hosting coining the phrase "the Regulatory Incubator" for financial services known by some as Regulatory Umbrella.  In 2013, Sturgeon became a Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC, and in 2014 a sub threshold AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Manager) migrating in 2016 an EU VECA management firm. Sturgeon has now incubated over 150 start ups since this business model began and supported many approved persons. The clients include fund managers with various strategies, third party fund raisers, corporate finance advisors and family offices amongst others. Although jurisdiction neutral; Sturgeon have assisted in a number of firms setting up funds in Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, the Cayman, and the Channel Islands.

Seonaid is a Trustee for a registered Charity Seonaid is a frequent fund raiser for multi-charitable events, as well as a regular speaker in schools.  Sturgeon is a member of the Women’s Charter in Finance, and Seonaid is a Champion of back to work mothers.

Ekaterina Almasque is Managing Director of the Samsung Catalyst Fund in Europe, Samsung’s Electronics venture capital investment fund focused on core technology areas including smart machines, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, digital health, data infrastructure and device level technologies.

For over ten years prior to that, Ekaterina was part of several corporate and independent venture capital funds in Silicon Valley and Europe, including EMC and Siemens Venture Capital. Ekaterina was also a founding partner of a global private equity advisory firm specializing in high-tech growth companies with $1B+ markets in the technology and environmental sectors, where she led investments in the US, Brazil, and Europe. And before that, she served in executive roles at Siemens in Germany and at Amadeus in France.

Ekaterina holds an MBA from IMD. Additionally she holds an MSc in Software Science/AI and an MSc in Economics.

Jason is the Principal and CEO of Saint Leonards SFO, Monaco. He is head of the investment committee and he invests with/for other families and HNWI. He has 35 years investment experience. Jason began his career in Investment Banking in trading currencies and derivatives. He spent 12 years with PPL and HSBC in Sydney and London. He then formed his own financial consultancy, and later sold it to his UK partners, before moving to Monaco in 1997. He worked in the hedge fund industry as regional director for Maxam Capital and was responsible for Australia and New Zealand for Tremont. Since 2009 he has been CEO of Saint Leonard. Jason has degrees in Accounting and Finance from UNSW, Sydney. He was Visiting Professor of Finance, MBA Programme, Erasmus.
