Jolt is a Growth Fund focusing on investing in growing, profitable global technology companies originating in Europe with revenues up to €100 m, at key "inflection points".  Jolt finds “hidden gems” and works very intensively with management to transform the value for their portfolio companies to accelerate and optimize realization timing and the risk/return profile for their investors.

Jolt has ~€150m AUM, a very experienced investment team of 5 partners (total team of 11 professionals), and has invested in 15 companies, of which 4 have had realizations >3x including Heptagon (now part of SIX:AMS), Inside Secure (EUR:INSD), Fogale Sensation - which was Acquired by Apple, & Skill & You,  (a 40% realization yield on the 10 companies invested in longer than 1 year).

Jolt’s investments are targeting both high multiples and high IRR's with low entry point pricing & accelerated high-value realizations.

Jolt’s team has generated realized returns from both Jolt Capital I & II that have exceeded targets with a 3.7x Gross Multiple and a 51% Gross IRR; and a combined realized & unrealized Interim fund Gross IRR <21%, and DPI <80%.

Jolt also has internally developed a very innovative AI system – Jolt Ninja - that gives it a strong competitive edge sourcing & conducing due diligence  more efficiently, and enables Jolt to look at a much larger company universe.
